ECHELON Colombia Inmaculada Eugenioides
Discover the parent species to Arabica coffee. This rare and once thought extinct Colombia variety has been resurrected only by our friends at Inmaculada farms. This is our second year to offer this one of a kind “coffee,” and the same coffee Andrea used in taking first place at the United States Barista Championships. It has been cultivated naturally, producing the most intense complex sweetness we’ve ever experienced in coffee. We contracted a majority of the farm this year and hope the yield will last longer than before. Enjoy this one, it really will change the way you look at coffee.
