This honey processed Sidra captivated our attention on a recent trip to visit Cafe Granja la Esperanza. While Rigoberto was demonstrating his processing practice, he was creating an iteration of this anaerobic honey as we spoke. It's safe to say that this is the most pungent and fruited honey-processed coffee we've ever tasted, and we are ecstatic to bring another Cafe Granja coffee to Echelon.
